Sancocho at Barrel Grill

INGREDIENTS

  • Potatoes“tus carreñas”
  • Carrot

  • Onion

  • Tomato

  • Beef tail

  • Pork rib

  • Chicken bouillon cube

In our multifunctional container for barrel grills, boil 2 medium peeled and cut in half  potatoes, half and sliced carrot, beef tail and pork rib, a chicken bouillon cube, diced tomato, and the onion that we previously put inside the barrel for an hour.

Leave it to cook for approximately 2 hours until the meat is ready and serve and enjoy with your family, and us ¡ grillselbarril !
