You are responsible for reading and following all assembly, operation, maintenance, fire-safety, ventilation, cleaning, and storage instructions supplied with the product. Grills, hot surfaces, fire, charcoal, gas, smoke, and cooking equipment can cause serious injury, fire, carbon-monoxide exposure, or property damage if used improperly.

Products must be used only for their intended purpose, outdoors and with adequate ventilation where required, away from combustible materials, and under responsible adult supervision. Never use a grill in an enclosed space unless the product and location are expressly approved for that use. Local fire, building, lease, homeowners' association, and safety rules remain the customer's responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, product names, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, software, and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to Grills El Barril USA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No license is granted except as expressly stated.

11. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, image, video, recipe, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law.

17. Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks

We may verify the purchaser's identity, payment information, delivery address, transaction history, and claim history to prevent fraud and abuse. We may provide transaction, shipment, delivery, and communication records to payment processors and financial institutions in response to a dispute.

21. Time Limit for Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any judicial, arbitration, or administrative claim against ASADORES EL BARRIL USA LLC must be initiated within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim. This provision does not shorten a limitations period where doing so is prohibited by law.

22. Severability and Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

23. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for a material violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or conduct that threatens the Services or others. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
