Does it really produce less smoke than a regular grill?
Yes. The vertical barrel design keeps the charcoal at the bottom and the meat hanging above it, so the fat drips onto the charcoal holder instead of the flames. That is what cuts up to 95% of the smoke compared with an open grill.
How much meat fits in each size?
Small (13 lb): 6–8 people. Medium (30 lb): up to 20 people. Large (45 lb): up to 30 people. Extra Large (100 lb): events and restaurants. Every barrel comes with hooks, grate and towers so you can hang cuts and grill at the same time.
Is it hard to use or to clean?
No. Add charcoal, hang the meat, close the lid. The barrel does the rest with no turning. After cooking, the ashtray and the removable parts come out and rinse in minutes.
Will it rust outdoors?
The barrel is made of food-grade stainless steel, not painted steel. It is built for patios, backyards and beach houses. We have been making the same barrels for 13 years, and we back them with a 10-year warranty.
How long does shipping take and what if something arrives damaged?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 6–12 days, free of charge. If anything arrives damaged, email info@grillselbarril.us with a photo and we replace the part or the barrel. No forms, no hassle.
